Why don't you have a Twitter account? Gary Busey does.....

I really do think twitter is absolutely retarded. But if you are like me you get crap from people for not having one. Well..i didn't have one until i realized that Gary Busey did and he is the soul purpose of why i have one now. Gary Busey is amazing and spreads the pure busey genius to everyone on twitter. So this being said. If you don't have a twitter stop being a twit <--- clever eh? and get one so you can follow Gary Busey (NotGaryBusey) and maybe Zach Galifianakis (NotGalifianakis). Oh and of course Intelligence Has Been Compromised.  OH and if you don't want to any of that and would rather watch Gary Busey and Chuck Norris battle it out on Walker Texas Ranger (which i know you do) then just watch the video below. Enjoy!

Daz's favorite band.

Just cause i know he loves this band so much.

letlive are 'The Sick, Sick, 6.8 Billion'

letlive are one of my favorite post hardcore bands. They just signed a deal with Epitaph which is awesome for them! So watch their video below and look forward to lots of new stuff by them in the future.

Destrage release 'Neverending Mary' video and confuse me a bit.

Destrage is obviously the mashing of the words 'Destroy/Destruction and rage' so why are they emo singing in the song? When the song starts out I'm completely on board with the 'Hauntedish' sound that they have. I like the song as a hole but I have to question the actual singing parts. Its not that the lead singer doesn't have talent the vox department but damn this song just misses the brutal mark.

The Famine made a video for the 'Ad Mortem' and its freakin sweet.

The Famine might be the best deathcoreish band on the planet. So much so that I feel bad even calling them that.  Seriously, just watch the video below, they will melt your vagina off. I mean, mines missing now. Now we just need Becoming the Archetype to release something new and all that I care about in Christian metal will be out of the way.

Devildriver are 'Dead to Rights'... that doesn't even make sense.

We here at IHBC love us some Devildriver. I've been a fan of Dez since Coal Chamber, in fact one of my favorite concert experiences was Cold Chamber at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach. It took me approximately 10 seconds to jump on the Devildriver (or deathride has it was originally called) band wagon. Metalsuck's premiered the new video and you can read their much more witty column about the band HERE.

King Giant do their best Godsmack impression.

This really isn't my thing but I can appreciate what they are trying to do. The song is called 'Solace' and its off the album 'Southern Darkness'.

Funeral For A Friend still sounds like they are stuck in the early 2000's

I know people (mormotron) who like this band. I'm not sure that I ever could. I guess as pop punk goes its not that bad. Of course I'm lying, it hurts my ears and makes me want to go all emo and slit my wrists. This is the video for the song 'Sixteen' when is on the album 'Welcome Home Armageddon' which is scheduled for a March 15th release.

Deathcore two pack. Emmure and Dr. Acula.

First up is admittedly a guilty pleasure for me. Emmure, who've I've talked about before, is widely hated by the metal community for their stupid lyrics and constant breakdowns. I personally like their format but understand why there is a lot of hate for them. Dr. Acula isn't a new band but this is their first release for Victory Records and based on this track I'm not gonna be checking out more from them. Since when has metal been 'gansta'? Also who still plays fucking beer pong?

Hellyeah makes me 'LOL'

I guess as songs go this isn't terrible, its average at best but what makes me laugh is how freakin cheesy this video is. The 'ghosts' arguing are hilarious and I'm not sure why they chose that particular graphic for those scenes. Looks like the lead singers putting on some weight as well. Guess more money selling out means more McDonald's? Btw, the whole southern thing was played out when Pantera was nearing its end.

Toro y Moi makes some kick ass music with the song 'New Beat'

Wanna know something crazy about this guy? Hes from our great state of South Carolina! Ok maybe its not great, but its cool to hear music that isn't fucking Hootie. I really really really REALLY hate the album artwork for this album. I don't understand it at all. You can steam the entire album at THIS location.

Architects of Grace try for a Tears for Fears sound, and it works!

It might not be tears for fears, but its close enough dammit. The songs called 'Oceans of the Heart' and its got on of those persistent beats with the lazily sung verses. Its a surprisingly upbeat tune, even though its got more mellow undertones. Rather than me trying to explain it you should just watch it below.

If you do anything today. WATCH THIS!

One of the most beautiful songs I've heard in a long time. It also goes to show that opera doesn't have to be a boring mess of a musical styling and that sometimes interesting traditional music is just as inspiring as the stuff we hear every day. This was also preformed at the Vatican which is pretty impressive. I'm no religious nut job but seriously this is pretty awesome. if you want more info go HERE.

We Are Like The Spider - 'Mania' New Video

Weird video and song. I'm enjoying the sound though.

Thomas Giles - 'Sleep Shake' New Video

You might recognize this guy has the lead singer of the awesome djent band Between the Buried and Me.... and thats about it. I really like this song. I think its cool that hes getting to show more of his softer side and creativeness. From what I've heard of the new album 'Pulse' its going to be amazing. its out now so go check it out!

Miss 80's cockrock.... so do these Douche's.

This band's called The Treatment and the songs called 'The Doctor' and I was totally disappointed when it wasn't about the Doctor Who 'Doctor". Of course this band sounds like tons of bands out there but some of the riffage isn't bad. They're prob the best cockrock band I've heard in like.... a month? Are you gonna be my girl???? oh wait.. wrong band.

Ever wanted to know what happened to American Head Charge???

These guys stole their look and sound. I miss AHC. If you fucking care who it is then look it up on Youtube. To be fair this song isn't terrible. I think the look is a bit much for this day in age. Make good music and people will know you for that. Look like dicks and they won't care if you make good music or not because you still look like a dick.

WATCH THIS VIDEO... ITS TERRIBLE

Cerebellion which is a total made up word and a stupid name for a band released this video that I think was previously kept in a time capsule from the year 1996. This is embarrassing for this band I'm sure, but i feel its even more embarrassing that there's a metal blog calling this 'metal'. I guess we all have our definitions of the genre and if some Korn shit is what you enjoy man good for you. You're just a fag.

MyGrain - 'Trapped In An Hourglass' New Video channels eariler metal.

What do I mean by that? Well I can totally hear earlier metalcore and deathcore bands in this song. I actually kinda dig it though. Its also an interesting video. These guys are Finnish.... so theres that. They also have a new album coming in march called 'self titled'! So check out the song below and be transformed into something metalized.

WE'RE Back with FUCKING Deathcore BITCH!

Whitechapel, a band who I admittedly kinda enjoy released this new video for the song 'Breeding Violence'. Its nothing special as far as videos go but its a decent compilation video and the song rocks pretty hard as well. The bands newest album 'A New Era Of Corruption' was released last year.

Updates on the way.

New updates are on the way. I've been a little burnt out on posting. I know thats not good for followers but I only want to do this because I enjoy it. Sooo I'll be slowly getting back into the swing of things here shortly. Thanks for your continued support.
